  • Struggling with stinky feet? Two words to remember: dry and clean. Keeping feet dry + clean helps prevent bacteria that cause stink!
  • Sunscreen is NOT a one-time thing! Make sure when you’re out in the sun you reapply every two hours. Learn more here.
  • There are a lot of factors to consider when choosing your sunscreen. Narrow the field by making sure to only choose sunscreens that protect against both UVA and UVB rays.
  • Everyone’s best friend during Corona has been hand sanitizer. Make sure you choose the right one by going for gels instead of sprays and using sanitizer with at least a 60% alcohol content.
  • If you’re looking in the mirror and are about to pop that pimple...STOP! Before popping any pimples take a hot shower or use a hot washcloth to bring pimples to the surface and make sure your hands are clean! Learn more here.

  • Toner is a super important part of a good skincare routine. It helps to bring your skin to its natural pH level + will stop your face from overproducing oil.
  • A good spot treatment for pimples? Tea tree oil! It acts as a natural disinfectant to dry out pimples.
  • There are no foods that are proven to make you break out, but a diet rich in fruits, veggies, fish + nuts gives you the building blocks for healthy skin.
  • If you are experiencing bad acne it could be the sign of a food intolerance to something like dairy. Consult your doctor or try cutting certain food groups out of your diet to see if your skin clears up.
